Saumya is a Vice President, Legal & ESG, at Growtheum Capital Partners. She is an India-qualified lawyer specializing in private equity and M&A. In her prior roles, Saumya worked at Piramal Enterprises and Dream11, and provided legal support on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. She also served as external general counsel to Valour Capital and commenced her legal career at AZB & Partners.
Saumya holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with First Class Honours from ILS Law College.
